ZIPFORM (patent pending)

Zipform consists of two rolls of hinged prisms that may be interlocked in a manner to prevent relative movement between mating prisms to form a rigid board, platform or wall. A limitless range of prism and hinge designs (material, size and shape) offers infinite variation of resulting functional structures (strength, size and contour).
Zipform is particularly useful for structures that need to be contoured and to be erected and dismantled frequently (for example reusable contoured formwork for concreting). It allows large or complex contoured structures to be stored and transported in a flat compact manner (for example the garden beds shown in the flyer). Zipform also lends itself to applications where impact absorption is required (for example packaging).

CORRUBEAM (patent pending)

Corrubeam uses a sheet repeatedly folded back on itself to form a triangulated corrugation. Securing the neighbouring corners of the corrugations creates a structure.
As with other truss structures, Corrubeam can offer lighter beams for superior strength to conventional constant section beams. Unlike conventional beams, Corrubeam can easily form contoured beams by varying the size and shape of the corrugations. Current research is aimed at developing the technology to allow the manufacture of Corrubeam at lower costs and lower energy usage to other manufactured beams.
