With over 25 year of industry experience, Dr Sander Kroes (BE-Mech, PhD) has a distinguished background in the management of engineering projects, product development and applied research. With a unique blend of academic and heavy industrial experience, domestically and overseas, Sander will determine lasting technical solutions that are commercially sound, innovative and uncomplicated. 


The Five Y's Principle

In "Root Cause Analysis" there is a rule of thumb that says, on average, it takes five progressive questions of "why?" to identify the core issues of a problem.  Through the Five Y’s Principle, Five Y’s takes the time to ask the right questions to understand your business, its objectives, and opportunities. Understanding the root cause of your technical issues will lead to robust solutions, not "quick-fixes" for the apparent symptoms.
